                              POLYCYSTIC OVARY SYNDROME

The increase in luteal phase hormones secreted by the brain results in an increase in male hormones from the follicular membrane and adrenal glands. During the ovulation period, follicles usually grow to 15 to 20 mm and break, but they do not grow beyond 10 mm because male hormones suppress their growth. For this reason, ovulation does not occur regularly, and the menstrual cycle may be irregular, such as several times a year, or amenorrhea may occur. In addition, the endometrium remains proliferated, leading to abnormal bleeding and predisposition to endometrial cancer. In addition, symptoms such as hirsutism and acne may appear. Ultrasound of the ovaries reveals a "polycystic ovary" in which small follicles that could not ovulate are lined up like beads. Also known as the "necklace sign," 5% of women in their teens and 40s are believed to have these symptoms. Diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovary syndrome (Reproductive and Endocrine Committee of the Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology) have been established, and "1. There are symptoms of abnormal menstruation" "2. Many small follicles are confirmed in the ovary" "3. The condition is that the level of male hormone or ovarian hormone in the blood is high ”.                                            COLDNESS

A good blood circulation is a important point to treat coldness 1. The cause of poor circulation is that if blood does not flow well, the oxygen supply and the transportation of nutrients that are the source of energy become extremely poor. Symptoms include anemia, headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, tinnitus, tired eyes, and lack of physical fitness. 2. Insufficient autonomic nerve regulation: Due to imbalance of autonomic nerves, body temperature and blood circulation cannot be regulated properly, and various indefinite complaints appear as symptoms of poor circulation. In addition, if the autonomic nerves are not regulated naturally, it will always be hypersensitive to stress, which will accelerate the exacerbation of poor circulation. 3. Undernourishment: Fats, sugars, vitamins, and minerals are not well-balanced, which can cause damage to basic health. The natural healing power also weakens, the aging phenomenon progresses, and it causes lifestyle-related diseases. 4. Insufficient energy It is expected that energy metabolism will be lost due to poor blood circulation, and even the hormone balance will be out of balance, resulting in various symptoms.Even those who did not feel cold when they were young may complain that as they get older, parts of their body, such as their limbs and hips, become unusually cold and painful. Even if I take a bath, it doesn't get warm easily, which makes it difficult to fall asleep, and sometimes my feet are cold until the morning and I can't sleep. It seems that many people wear socks or wear socks even in the summer, but it is more so than covering the surface of the body, but try to improve blood circulation. If you exercise according to your physical strength, such as walking, walking, jogging, stretching exercises, and yoga, you can improve your symptoms. Swimming, which seems to have the opposite effect on cold weather, may also be effective. When taking a bath, it is better to add bath salts and slowly warm to the core of your body with relatively lukewarm water, rather than soaking in hot water for a short time. Cold food and drink, raw vegetables... has a cooling effect. Spices, spicy foods, ginger, green onions, garlic, leeks, onions, scallions, winter root vegetables have a warming effect. Please be careful about getting a well-balanced nutrition while considering the above foods.

                             ENDOMETRIOSIS

Gynecological disorders include premenstrual syndrome, dysmenorrhea, menstrual pain and uterine fibroids, which are unique to women. There are various causes, such as stress and environmental factors, but it seems that it is largely derived from the original constitution. Generally referred to as hormonal balance, it appears in relation to physiology. The endometrium is the mucous membrane that covers the inside of the uterus, and if you are not pregnant, it will peel off as menstruation and be excreted. Endometriosis is when the endometrium develops in the ovaries, peritoneum, and muscular layer other than inside the uterus. Bleeding from the lesion can cause lumps, causing pain such as lower abdominal pain, defecation pain, and dyspareunia, which can also cause sterility.
